1 Of 2 Powerball Winners Sold At Westchester Stationery Store
The New York Lottery announced a lucky winner from our region made a hefty chunk of change from Monday's drawing.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — One of two third-prize-winning Powerball tickets was sold at a lucky New Rochelle business.
The winning tickets from Monday's drawing were sold in Nesconset and New Rochelle, according to the New York Lottery. Each ticket is worth $50,000.
The winning numbers were 09-17-36-47-64 with a Powerball of 26.

The lottery said one winning ticket was sold at Great American Food Store in Nesconset. The other was sold at Shoretown Cards Shop, on Pelham Road in New Rochelle.
Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69, according to the New York Lottery. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
