• County moving forward on improvements to 'SOB' intersection (dailygazette.com) — Schenectady County is putting more money behind long-planned safety upgrades at the crash-prone Rosendale Road and Old River Road intersection near Lions Park in Niskayuna. The project, which must work around a historic 1790s home, is advancing through archaeological and design phases now, with construction not expected to be finished until 2029 or 2030 but promising safer access to the park and Mohawk Hudson Bikeway.
