
Wednesdays, April 29 through June 17, 11 a.m.
Registration required. Fee: $64 per session (8 classes each).
Participants will learn and practice simple yoga exercises in a way that is safe, easy and gentle for all bodies. Yoga exercises will be done sitting in chairs and/or using chairs for support while standing and balancing. Strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, reduce stress and more. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water to each class. Instructor: Judy Arnone.
