Thanks to the leadership of our lay volunteers, support from Episcopal Ministries of Long Island, and over 700 hours of volunteer work each year, the pantry has been transformed into a spacious, dignified “self-shop” that welcomes neighbors with care and compassion. “This project is about more than food,” said the Rev. Jenn Pilat. “It’s about honoring the dignity of every person who walks through our doors.”

The No Doubt World Famous Monday Night Band will be performing our final concert of the season. We will be presenting a patriotic concert program on the front lawn of Pulaski Street School in celebration of our nation’s 250th anniversary. The 5th Annual Springs Garden Party returns on Saturday, July 11, for an elegant summer evening benefiting the Springs Food Pantry. Held in the beautiful gardens of hosts Greg McCarthy and Peter Bickford, guests will enjoy cocktails, seasonal hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a lively auction and raffle—all in support of nearly 400 local families served each week by the Pantry.
