• Governor Hochul Announces Completion Of $98 Million Affordable Housing Development In Suffolk County (longisland.com) — A long-awaited 145-unit affordable housing cooperative, Matinecock Court, has opened in East Northport, just steps from the LIRR's Northport Station and local bus routes, schools, and shops. The $98 million project, decades in the making, reserves units for veterans and people with disabilities and is backed by state, county, and local partners as part of New York's broader housing push.
