Today, July 12 from 3-530 pm, the Peter Brainin Quintet will perform Latin-Jazz. Peter is a Grammy winning saxophonist/flutist/composer who has toured/recorded with some of the top names in Jazz and Latin-Jazz.
Joining Peter is David Janeway, piano, Jim Jago, guitar, Joris Teepe, bass and Vince Cherico, drums. This is a free outdoor jazz concert located at the VFW Plaza in downtown Hastings on Hudson, NY. (548 Warburton Avenue, HOH, NY 10706)
Hastings on Jazz, a free outdoor jazz concert series, will return for ten weeks from June 7-August 9. Each Sunday from 3-530 pm David Janeway presents a Quartet with leading jazz musicians from the greater NYC region. Concerts are free to the general public and held outside at the VFW Plaza in downtown Hastings on Hudson, NY or in case of rain at the Hastings Public Library.
