• Heavy rain leads to power outage, weather-related crash in Rockland County (news12.com) — Steady rain across Rockland County Thursday, including from New City to Nyack, led to a small power outage in New City and a weather-related crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Stony Point. About 89 customers briefly lost electricity, and one driver suffered only minor injuries after going off the road.
