• Oyster Bay announces spring cleanup, hazardous waste drop-off days (massapequapost.com) — Upcoming town cleanup and hazardous waste drop-off events will all take place at the Old Bethpage Solid Waste Disposal Complex on Bethpage-Sweet Hollow Road, giving residents nearby a convenient option. On select dates in April and May, you can safely dispose of hazardous materials, bulky non-hazardous items, and even have documents shredded for free, as long as you live within the Town’s Solid Waste Disposal District.
