• Susquehanna SPCA raises $140,000 at annual fashion show (wbng.com) — Animal lovers in and around Oneonta can look ahead to August, when the Susquehanna SPCA will host a fundraising golf tournament at the Oneonta Country Club. The shelter just raised $140,000 at its Cooperstown fashion show, money that supports rescues, medical care, and adoptions across the Southern Tier. Organizers stress that volunteers, fosters, and adopters are just as vital as donors.
