“Getting accepted into the Master Teacher program is an honor and I look forward to working with a network of teachers committed to collaborating as a professional learning community to explore the 3-Dimensional Science Standards and adapting my teaching to better serve the ever-changing student needs,” said Ms. Jackson, OHS Science Teacher.
Ms. Jackson said the recognition will be a great opportunity to help other in-service and pre-service teachers design exciting science classes and lessons that motivate students to engage more authentically.
“I am excited to continue developing units that integrate college and career skills to prepare them to be well rounded, scientifically informed, problem-solving citizens.”
