I want to start Signature Delivery Rescue LLC because I am tired of the same thing happening to all of us...
You get the yellow slip on the door - "Signature Required - We missed you" - for your kids' meds, a wine delivery, or that expensive package. UPS comes at 11am when we're at work/school pickup, tries again next day at 11am when we're still at work, then it goes back to Farmingdale for 5 days and then... return to sender.
So I want to build a simple local service:
We rescue your signature packages and deliver them when you ARE home - same day or next day, same time.
How it works:
1. You sign ONE time authorization (once, on your phone - valid forever until you cancel). That's it.
2. Missed a delivery? Just scan the barcode on the slip or send a pic on my app or take a picture of the door tag. I pull the tracking automatically.
3. We retrieve it from the hub/depot and bring it to you:
Same Day Service - $9.99 → Delivered tonight in your window 7-9PM or 9-11PM (perfect for 21+ signature / wine / high-value)
Next Day Same Time - $5.99 → Delivered tomorrow same window 7-9PM or 9-11PM - you pick. Just scan or send pic.
No more driving to any location to pick it up. No more 3 failed attempts.

Before I launch, I would really value your honest feedback as moms and neighbors - good or bad: I'm not pitching, just trying to see if this is truly helpful for our community. Could you share your honest take on:
4. Price: Do you feel $9.99 for Same Day and $5.99 for Next Day Same Time is fair for this type of rescue service?
5. Idea: In your honest opinion, would a service like this actually work for your family? Would you use it?
6. Trust: Would you feel comfortable trusting a small, local company like mine if every delivery includes photo proof, GPS, ID-verified handoff, and is insured up to $2,500 at no extra cost?
