• Pearl River football overwhelms Nanuet in Little Brown Jug game (lohud.com) — Pearl River football fans have plenty to cheer about after the Pirates dominated rival Nanuet 42-0 in the annual Little Brown Jug game, led by senior standout Tommy Mahoney's 176 rushing yards and three touchdowns. The win marks Pearl River's fourth straight in the rivalry, and the team now turns its focus to hosting Briarcliff at home on Thursday, Sept. 10.
