Police ID Suspect Who Killed Man In Fatal NYC Love Triangle Stabbing

The suspect is believed to be the woman's ex-boyfriend.

QUEENS, NY — Police have identified and released a photo of the suspect accused of stabbing a man to death and slashing a woman inside an apartment last month.

Maykoll Lanuza Morales, 40, allegedly stabbed Miguel Perez, 41, in the chest inside an apartment on 86th Ave. in Queens on April 12. He also slashed a 32-year-old woman.

According to police and reports, the incident stemmed from an apparent love triangle between the three individuals.
