"On October 3, 2026, Laura Gullotti’s family experienced a loss they never could have imagined," the GoFundMe, created by Stephanie Gullotti, said. "Laura, Stephanie’s mother, passed away in a tragic car accident, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and is now grieving the loss of their mom, best friend, and the heart of their family. Laura was Kimberly, Brian, Corrine, Paulie, Stephanie, and Thomas’s mom. She was a loving mother of six and a proud grandmother of 17 beautiful grandchildren. Her children and grandbabies were her whole world, and she would do anything for them."
The GoFundMe page continued: "There are no words that can truly explain the emptiness Laura’s family feels right now. They keep thinking about all the moments they still wanted to have with her, all the phone calls they still wanted to make, and all the memories they thought they had more time to create. Losing Laura so suddenly has left a hole in their family that can never be filled."
Right now, the GoFundMe said, "Laura’s family is asking for support as they face the painful and unexpected burden of funeral expenses. In the middle of this heartbreak, any help will go directly toward giving Laura the funeral she deserves and easing some of the financial stress on the family during this incredibly difficult time. Please help if you can. Every donation, no matter the size, and every share of this fundraiser means so much. Most of all, the family asks for kindness, prayers, and support as they honor Laura’s life and begin to navigate this devastating loss."
