(scarsdale10583.com) — Scarsdale residents may see changes at Fox Meadow Tennis Club as neighbors challenge whether noisy pickleball counts as a permitted "racket sport" under the village code and the club's special use permit. With the Village of Scarsdale already adding public pickleball courts and the club seeking new padel courts and lights, the Zoning Board of Appeals will take up the dispute on October 14 at 7 p.m.
