The Kensington Gardens Open House in St James Long Island Brought The Crowds But...

An Open House That Brought the Crowd and the Offers!

Last Sunday's open house at Kensington Gardens was a great reminder of what happens when the right property hits the market.

The buyers came. The interest was strong. And the offers followed FAST.

But there was another side to it that stayed with us. We had so many people who loved the co-op, the location, and the community. They left that day excited and hopeful, imagining themselves living there and hoping their offer would be the one the sellers chose.

Larry and I couldn't help but feel sad, knowing that once the sellers made their choice, many of those hopeful buyers would be disappointed.

As happy as we were for our sellers, it's hard not to wish we had more units like this one for all the buyers who now have to still keep searching.

One home. Multiple offers. More buyers still waiting.

If you've been thinking about selling your co-op at Kensington Gardens in St. James, Long Island, this may be a great time to have a conversation. We have buyers looking, waiting, watching, and calling!
