John’s Crazy Socks Names College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving Its Official Mover

John’s Crazy Socks is moving into new space in Huntington Village, and we could not do it without the support of College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Long Island.
This isn’t our first move together. Not even close.
College Hunks has been with us every step of the way: from Huntington to Melville to Farmingdale, and now back home to Huntington Village. They’ve even helped our family move. Every single time, they showed up, worked hard, and got the job done right.
That’s why we’re proud to make it official: College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is the Official Mover of John’s Crazy Socks.
“College Hunks has been there for every John’s Crazy Socks move,” says co-founder Mark X. Cronin. “When you find people you can count on, people who are reliable, trustworthy, and treat your things with care, you don’t look anywhere else. Ted and his team are the real deal.”
Ted Panebianco, owner of the College Hunks franchise here on Long Island, shares the feeling.
“We love being part of the John’s Crazy Socks story. What John and Mark have built, the mission, the jobs they’ve created, the happiness they spread, it’s exactly what Huntington is about. We’re proud to support a business that gives so much back to this community.”
The partnership feels like a natural fit, and not just because of the great service.
Both businesses are locally owned. Both are built on the belief that a job is an opportunity to grow, to contribute, and to make a difference.
At John’s Crazy Socks, we create meaningful employment for people with differing abilities. At College Hunks, they create opportunities for young men looking to build skills, develop leadership, and find their path.
Co-founder John Cronin, who has Down syndrome and serves as our Chief Happiness Officer, sees the connection clearly.
“I love working with the College Hunks guys. They work so hard and they do such a great job. They really care. That’s what we try to do too: work hard and make people happy.”
That shared spirit is what makes this more than a vendor relationship. It’s a real partnership between two Long Island businesses that believe work has meaning and community matters.
As John’s Crazy Socks settles into its new home in Huntington Village, we’re grateful to have made the journey with people we trust.
Thank you, Ted. Thank you, College Hunks.
