Old-Fashioned Barn Dance

Acclaimed dance caller Chart Guthrie will lead the evening, teaching each dance and calling out the steps as you go. With his guidance, you'll quickly find yourself joining in with traditional country dances that have brought communities together for generations. The emphasis is on having fun, meeting your fellow dancers, and enjoying the music.

Providing the evening's lively traditional music will be Mary Nagin, Max Rowland and Larry Moser, whose playing will give the dance its infectious energy and old-time character. As the music starts and the calls begin, dancers will form sets, circles, and squares, moving together through a constantly changing series of dances.
