• The Long Arm Of The Law Catches Up With Hudson Valley Fugitive In Maryland: Sheriff (patch.com) — A multi-state investigation that began with a June 14 domestic violence call in the Town of Southeast led to the arrest and return of a wanted Putnam County man from Maryland. Deputies say the suspect initially fled into nearby woods, but investigators later tracked him down, brought him back to Putnam County, and had him arraigned in Southeast Town Court, where bail and a full stay-away order were set.
