• City of Tonawanda reminds e-bike and e-scooter riders to know rules before riding (wkbw.com) — If you ride an e-bike or e-scooter in the City of Tonawanda, new police guidance spells out age limits, helmet rules, and strict speed caps, including just 5 mph on busy sections of the Niawanda Park bike path. Officers are focusing on education for now, handing out flyers and talking with riders so everyone can safely share roads and trails with pedestrians and cyclists.
