Bicyclist Injured In Upper East Side Crash, Police Say
Medics took the bicyclist to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A 32-year-old woman was hit by a car on the Upper East Side Sunday night, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, a 23-year-old man was driving an Acura SUV along Third Avenue when he began to turn toward East 68th Street at 7:38 p.m., when the bicyclist crossed East 68th Street against the light, from east to west.
The driver and the bicyclist collided, and medics took the bicyclist to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center with minor injuries, police said.

The driver remained on the scene, and no arrests were made, police said.
