His final football game was Friday’s playoff loss to Cornwall, ending two coaching stints that brought the Wildcats 130 victories. 
• Burke Catholic senior named Orange County Citizen of the Month (midhudsonnews.com) — Libby Schlichting, a Burke Catholic senior and active Girl Scout in Warwick, is Orange County’s November Citizen of the Month for her literacy work. She created a mobile library for HONOR’s A Friend’s House youth shelter while pursuing her Girl Scout Gold Award, expanding an effort that began during the pandemic.
