• Suffolk County Police Set To Host Vehicle Auction In Westhampton Soon (patch.com) — Suffolk County Police are holding a large public vehicle auction at their Westhampton impound yard on September 26, with about 80 sedans and SUVs starting at $500. Westhampton residents can preview the cars on September 24 and 25, or an hour before bidding begins at 9 a.m. on auction day, rain or shine.
   

• Hamptons Real Estate Market Data – Week of 9/15/2026 (hamptons.com) — New data shows 32 Hamptons homes, from Westhampton to Montauk, went into contract this past week, a 23 percent jump over the same week last year. For Westhampton-area buyers and sellers, overall inventory has risen to 1,823 listings, with dollar volume up sharply to $163 million, signaling a very active late-summer market.
