• Dropped lawsuit clears way for Town of Ulster Zena Homes review (hudsonvalleyone.com) — A lawsuit by the Woodstock Land Conservancy against the Town of Ulster has been dropped, clearing the way for further review of the 30-lot Zena Homes subdivision. Although the project sits in Ulster, its only viable access is via Eastwoods Drive in Woodstock, raising local concerns about environmental impacts in the Zena Woods Critical Environmental Area and added strain on Woodstock’s emergency services. 
• Reggae legends The Wailers coming to Woodstock (news10.com) — Reggae fans in Woodstock can catch The Wailers live at Bearsville Theater on September 23, part of their “50 Years of Positive Vibrations” tour. Led by Aston Barrett Jr., the band will celebrate Bob Marley classics in an 8 p.m. show at 291 Tinker Street. Tickets are already on sale through the venue’s website, so locals can lock in seats now.
