The driver, a New Rochelle woman, was later caught in Kent and faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, with Yorktown Police and regional agencies credited for their coordination. 
• 64 citations issued during 'Operation Hard Hat' in Yorktown (halstonmedia.com) — State Police issued 64 tickets in just three hours during an Operation Hard Hat work-zone enforcement on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown, where crews were repairing guide rails.
