Car Crash Closes Highway In Avon
Route 611 in Avon was closed by first responders on Thursday morning.
AVON, OH — A law enforcement pursuit led to car crash on Route 611 on Thursday morning, police announced.
The crash happened at 7:30 a.m. near Chester Road, according to Fox 8. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was pursuing a Dodge Charger. It's not yet clear what started the car chase.
Life flight crews were called to the scene after the crash, News 5 reported. Parts of Route 611 will be closed for several hours due to the accident.
