Local and federal authorities are urging Avon residents to ignore callers claiming to be police demanding money to avoid arrest, stressing these are always scams.

The Republican-backed measure promises lower fuel costs while maintaining road funding, alongside broader efforts to cut income and property taxes and expand childcare and sales tax holidays.
