Deputies say the operation, led by the sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit and Special Operations Branch, followed a lengthy probe and encourages residents across the county, including Bellaire, to keep reporting suspected illegal activity. 
• ‘Heavy Metal Experience' Leading To Trade Jobs For Recent Grads (theintelligencer.net) — Bellaire High School graduates are already stepping into well-paid sheet metal jobs thanks to a hands-on “Heavy Metal Summer Experience” camp in Wheeling. Local 33’s free program trains recent grads, including several from Bellaire, in welding, ductwork, and job-readiness skills, with contractors on-site to hire participants into careers that can quickly lead to strong wages and benefits.
