• How House Bill 530 would approach Ohio's caregiver shortage (cleveland.com) — Bolivar’s own Rep. Jodi Salvo is co-sponsoring a bipartisan bill to tackle Ohio’s growing shortage of in‑home caregivers for seniors and people with disabilities. The proposal would create a statewide commission to study workforce gaps, pay, training, and career paths, then deliver recommendations by late 2027. Its backers say the effort could ease pressure on families and employers across Ohio.
