Residents with balances from 2025 or earlier can meet with Judge Stephanie Williams to review what they owe, set payment plans, or possibly arrange community service before stricter collection rules kick in. ā¢ 3 fugitives arrested in Ohio County (wtrf.com) ā Law enforcement in nearby Ohio County, West Virginia arrested three fugitives after a traffic stop and a tip from Guernsey County about a suspect heading toward the Cambridge area. Deputies used a license plate reader on I-70 to locate the vehicle and took one man into custody near Cabela Drive, underscoring how closely regional agencies coordinate around Cambridge-related cases.
