• Oops: Calendar counting error costs West Geauga students one day off (cleveland.com) — West Geauga families in Chesterland should plan on students attending school on Easter Monday next spring, after officials discovered the 2026–27 calendar was one instructional day short. The Board of Education unanimously approved a revised schedule at a special meeting, keeping the same start and end dates while converting Easter Monday into both a student attendance and staff workday.
