Greater Cincinnati Ukrainians celebrate their heritage as TPS deadline threatens their future (wlwt.com) — Ukrainian families in Greater Cincinnati are celebrating their culture even as many face an October deadline that could end their Temporary Protected Status and force them back to a war-torn homeland. Local organizers estimate up to 2,000 area Ukrainians rely on TPS, and community leaders warn losing them could affect Cincinnati's economy, schools, housing and workforce while families anxiously await federal action.

Elly De La Cruz nearly matched him, and the Reds' bats exploded for 16 hits and four homers to even the weekend series.

Vice President Vance spotted at Waffle House in Eastgate (wlwt.com) — Vice President JD Vance quietly grabbed breakfast at the Waffle House on Eastgate Drive, confirming the Greater Cincinnati stop with a photo and thanks to the staff. His visit capped a local swing that included announcing a $1 billion investment at Middletown Works and campaigning at Price Hill Chili with GOP congressional hopeful Eric Conroy.
