Cleveland Heights completes $60M Marquee at Cedar Lee residential development after 2025 fire (fox8.com) — A long-delayed $60 million mixed-use project in Cleveland Heights, the Marquee at Cedar Lee, is now finished and ready to open after a devastating 2025 construction fire. The development brings 207 new apartments and retail space, with a public ribbon-cutting planned for Oct. 21 at 2 p.m., signaling a major milestone for the Cedar Lee district's recovery and growth.
