Authorities allege he pushed through the Palestinian Garden area, prompting fears for attendees' safety; a grand jury will now review the case and related past allegations.
   

4. E-bike rules change across Northeast Ohio. Here's where riders can use the motor (cleveland.com) — If you ride an e-bike in Cleveland Heights, local rules follow Ohio law by requiring your motor to be off on sidewalks, even while regular bikes are allowed. Across Northeast Ohio, regulations differ widely between Metroparks, state parks, Hudson, Lakewood, and other cities, so riders need to check which trails and parks actually allow powered riding.
