Here's when it returns (cleveland.com) — A famous Union Pacific steam locomotive, Big Boy No. 4014, will lay over in Conneaut the night of July 12 and depart the city the morning of July 13, though both stops are closed to the public. Residents can still plan to watch safely from legal vantage points along the nearby tracks as the train travels the lakeshore and through Northeast Ohio.
