Drive to Succeed scholarships help Ohio teens pay for driver education (yourohionews.com) — Coshocton teens and young adults ages 15½ to 20 can now apply for Drive to Succeed scholarships that help cover the cost of driver education. Offered through the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center, the grant-funded program aims to remove financial barriers to getting licensed, with applications available online and a local contact for questions.
   

2. New initiative targets food and transportation issues in Coshocton (coshoctontribune.com) — Residents in central Coshocton County, especially around Second Street, are being asked to share photos showing how food access and transportation challenges affect their daily lives. The Coshocton Public Health District’s new photovoice project, funded by a state grant, will use those images to guide future grants and partnerships. Recruitment runs through July, with public presentations expected in late August or early September.
   

3. Montgomery Foundation accepting Coshocton County grant applications through July 16 (yourohionews.com) — Coshocton County nonprofits have until noon on July 16 to apply for Montgomery Foundation grants supporting capital projects, not operating costs. Eligible 501(c)(3) groups must serve or be located in Coshocton County, and applications must be mailed or delivered in person. Details and guidelines are available on the foundation’s website or by contacting Executive Director Amy Shutt.
   

4. 15 summer road trips: See Ohio's history at these locations (coshoctontribune.com) — Coshocton gets a nod in a statewide roundup of 15 historic Ohio road‑trip stops, thanks to research by local native and historian Scott Butler on the Old Stone Fort. The feature highlights presidential sites, lighthouses, Native American earthworks, and other destinations you can reach within a reasonable drive this summer.
