ā¢ East Cleveland cited for trash dump at its own service yard (signalcleveland.org) ā East Clevelandās own service yard on Eddy Road has been declared a public health nuisance after years of trash, tires and debris piled up just across from neighborhood homes. County health officials and the Ohio EPA are now pressing the city to clean up the site, while Mayor Sandra Morgan says East Cleveland has a plan and is seeking state help to remove tires and better enforce anti-dumping rules.
