• Child Abuse Prevention Month recognized (registerherald.com) — Eaton residents are being urged by Preble County leaders to stay alert for signs of child abuse and support local prevention efforts throughout April’s Child Abuse Prevention Month. Commissioners issued a countywide proclamation, highlighted 660 recent abuse and neglect reports, and showcased blue pinwheels at the courthouse. CASA is also seeking more trained volunteers to advocate for local children in court.
