• Fairview Park releases natatorium HVAC issues statement; councilman not buying ‘shifting explanations' (cleveland.com) — Fairview Park’s Gemini Center pools are facing humidity, HVAC, and liner problems just weeks after a $14 million renovation, and the facility still hasn’t been officially accepted by the city. Mayor Bill Schneider says contractors are diagnosing issues under warranty, while Councilman Rick Raley is demanding clearer explanations and a formal council investigation into the troubled natatorium project. 
• How to apply for lead safe home repairs from Cuyahoga County (signalcleveland.org) — Fairview Park homeowners, landlords, and tenants in older homes can now apply for up to $10,000 in Cuyahoga County grants to remove dangerous lead paint, as long as a young child lives there and income limits are met. The first-come, first-served program runs through 2030 and covers windows, doors, porches, and other lead-painted areas to help keep kids safe.
