• Newark man dies in State Route 16 crash in Granville Township (newarkadvocate.com) — A Newark man died after his car overturned in a construction zone on State Route 16 in Granville Township the evening of June 9, according to state troopers. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected, then taken by Granville Township Fire Department to Licking Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No construction workers were present at the time.
