• Driver loses control trying to pass vehicle (dailyadvocate.com) — Emergency crews from Greenville Township Fire and Rescue and Greenville City Fire responded Thursday morning to a one-vehicle crash with injuries on State Route 571 near Greenville. A Union City driver reportedly lost control while trying to pass, striking a mailbox and utility pole; both he and his Greenville passenger were taken to Wayne HealthCare with suspected minor injuries.
