Join us for a guided AnooWay Breathwork experience designed to support both your physical performance and mental resilience.

Join us for a guided AnooWay Breathwork experience designed to support both your physical performance and mental resilience. Hosted in the unique environment of the climbing gym, this session offers a powerful opportunity to reset your nervous system, release tension stored in the body, and access a deeper level of focus and presence.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided awareness, followed by an active breathwork practice to help clear stress, improve oxygen utilization, and enhance mind-body connection. You’ll then be guided through an integrative meditation to support recovery, clarity, and a sense of calm strength.
This experience is especially supportive for climbers and athletes looking to:
• Improve breath control and endurance
• Reduce stress and performance anxiety
• Enhance recovery and mobility
• Build mental focus and presence
• Release tension held in the body...even the stress you're not aware you've stored and carry.
No prior experience is needed, just come as you are. The session will be held in the climbing gym. Please bring a blanket and/or pillow for your own desired level of comfort. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water, if desired.
About the Facilitator:
Your facilitator, Erica Hull, is a seasoned medical practitioner, functional medicine provider and AnooWay Breathwork Method founder who has worked with thousands of clients. She blends breathwork, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance to create deeply restorative and transformative experiences that support both physical and emotional well-being.

Celebrating outdoor adventure with a morning chock full of climbing, activities, community, and environmental advocacy. All are welcome!
We are thrilled to present our inaugural ClimbRox Earth Day Celebration on April 25th, 2026. The day will kick off with an on-trend competition consisting of a demanding 8-station circuit combining climbing challenges with functional fitness movements. It’s bound to be physically exhausting, mentally strenuous, and extremely collaborative, presenting the ultimate challenge! Athletes will be rewarded by an elite-level recovery zone complete with physical therapists, massage therapists, and other recovery modalities and refreshments. The day will finish in a celebration of effort, community, and the outdoors. Not looking to compete? Don’t worry. There will be something for everyone! We will be partnering with several local businesses dedicated to outdoor recreation and environmental sustainability. From fun to grueling, youth to expert, activities will span the gamut. Great people, great food, great initiatives. Don’t miss it.

Kiddie Academy of Mason will host STEM Adventures on Saturday, April 25 at 10 a.m. Families of children ages 2 and up are invited to attend this free event to participate in several hands-on, play-based activities focusing on science, technology, engineering and math.&nbsp;

Participating Academies will facilitate STEM activities like bowling, making and flying paper airplanes, participating in a bouncing ball rodeo or creating a ping pong ball launcher.
