• Medina Touch-a-Truck offers sensory-friendly hour, hands-on access to city vehicles (cleveland.com) — Medina families can climb aboard fire trucks, police cruisers, and more at the free Touch-a-Truck event on April 25 at the Medina Recreation Center. A 9–10 a.m. sensory-friendly hour will keep things quiet for those with sensitivities, followed by full-sound fun and rides on the historic Old Phoenix Stagecoach as part of Medina’s America 250 celebration. 
• Medina High School students promote youth sports participation through Capstone project (cleveland.com) — Medina High School seniors are hosting a free youth sports showcase on April 30, 4:30–6 p.m., in the high school gym to connect local families with athletic programs. Families can meet coaches, explore teams, enjoy games, and take part in a sports equipment donation and exchange to lower costs for kids who want to play.
• Ohio to add 64 EV charging stations (axios.com) — Medina is slated to get one of 64 new fast-charging EV stations funded by Ohio’s latest $51 million infrastructure push. The station will be part of a broader buildout at everyday stops like grocery stores and gas stations, making longer electric trips across the state easier for local drivers.
