Lake County OKs $412,000 sewer project for Mentor development (cleveland.com) — A major new development on Mentor's former Bolton Estate is moving forward with a 3,200-foot sanitary sewer extension along Center Street, approved by Lake County commissioners. Funded by the developer, the project supports planned housing, mixed-use space, commercial areas, and a large conservation area spanning Mentor and Kirtland Hills.

Lake County Auditor's Office returns $750,000 to local communities (news-herald.com) — Lake County Auditor Chris Galloway is returning $750,000 from a real estate assessment fund to local entities, including $125,339 for Mentor Public Schools.
