• Wanted man arrested, hospitalized after causing trouble at Red Roof Inn in Middleburg Heights (cleveland.com) — Middleburg Heights police responded to a disturbance at the Red Roof Inn on Bagley Road, where a wanted Beachwood man was causing problems and appeared intoxicated. After discovering multiple Parma warrants, officers detained him, but he began harming himself and struggling during transport, leading paramedics to take him to Southwest General Health Center on Bagley Road for evaluation.
   

• Wanted woman sharing marijuana with two men arrested outside Motel 6 in Middleburg Heights (cleveland.com) — Middleburg Heights police cited three Parma residents for marijuana possession after spotting them sharing a joint in a parked SUV outside the Motel 6 on Engle Road. Officers discovered the driver was wanted on a Parma warrant for unpaid taxes, seized marijuana and paraphernalia from the vehicle, and advised her to turn herself in after Parma declined to pick her up.
   

• Wanted woman with handgun cited; man steals beef tenderloins from BJ's: Middleburg Heights police blotter (cleveland.com) — Middleburg Heights residents can see what local officers handled recently, from a traffic stop on Bagley Road and I-71 where a driver with a suspended license had an unloaded handgun, to a man stealing pricey beef tenderloins from BJ's on West 130th. Police also cited a Cleveland driver after finding marijuana and paraphernalia during a stop on Engle Road.
