• American Red Cross in national blood crisis. Stark donation locations (indeonline.com) — Navarre residents can help ease a national blood shortage by donating at the Towpath Trail YMCA on Market Street NE on Aug. 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Red Cross says supplies are critically low and is offering small thank-you rewards for donors who schedule appointments through its app, website, or phone line.
