Board members, parents and residents from Orange and Pepper Pike are pushing for a more flexible policy that may still restrict high-speed e-bikes while allowing traditional bikes with clear rules and updated handbooks.

⢠Orange Schools parents respond to antisemitic posts: district is investigating (cleveland.com) ā Parents in the Orange City School District are urging swift action after learning of allegedly antisemitic social media posts by a Brady Middle School paraprofessional, which the superintendent says are under active investigation. Several parents, including Jewish community members, pressed the Orange Board of Education to prioritize student safety, consider temporary removal from classroom duties, and clearly denounce hate so all children feel protected in Orange schools.

⢠Brady Middle School student wins Stop the Hate contest: Orange Schools news roundup (cleveland.com) ā Orange City School District is celebrating a string of student successes, from a Brady Middle School seventh-grader winning the Maltz Museumās Stop the Hate poetry contest to strong showings in state problem-solving, choir competitions, and the Governorās Youth Art Exhibition. Orange High School is also gearing up for its April 25 prom and PTA-hosted After Prom, giving local families several reasons to cheer their students.
