• Attention Pickaway County Property Owners: 2026 Tentative Property Values Released Ahead of August Informal Reviews (sciotopost.com) — If you own property in Orient, your tentative new valuation for the 2026 triennial update is now available through the Pickaway County Auditor and will affect 2027 taxes. You can review your value online or in person and schedule an informal review Aug. 11–13, with formal Board of Revision complaints accepted early in 2027.
