Officers also handled several Ridge and Brookpark Road incidents involving stolen cars, high-speed fleeing, and suspected felony drugs, with at least one arrest and more charges pending.
   

• Proposed Ohio law aims to protect officials on military deployment, as Parma dispute intensifies (cleveland.com) — Parma residents are closely watching a dispute over whether deployed school board member and Air Force reservist Ashley McTaggart can keep serving remotely while overseas.
