• Pickerington Police Reports May 18 (pickeringtononline.com) — Recent Pickerington police reports detail vehicle break-ins, traffic crashes, scams targeting local residents, and several school-related incidents at Pickerington Central Junior High and Pickerington High School Central. Officers also handled DUI arrests, fights at local businesses, and fraud attempts against older residents, underscoring ongoing safety and awareness issues around town. 
• Property values rising in Franklin County, but slower than 2023 spike (dispatch.com) — If you live in the Pickerington school district’s Franklin County area, your property values are seeing some of the smallest increases in the county—about 5% overall and 7% for homes. The county auditor has posted tentative new values online and will mail notices, and you’ll have a chance to request a review or later appeal if you think your new value is off.
